The Snooze and Settle Plan - £249
Great for parents looking to get a tailored support plan that they are happy to implement themselves.

1 hour video consultation:
We’ll talk through my findings and suggestions in detail, explore what feels right for your family, and agree together on the most suitable sleep plan for your child.
Bespoke sleep plan with clear steps and guidance .
A personalised, evidence‑based plan designed to help you feel confident in supporting your little one to settle calmly and sleep more independently
1 x 15 minute check in call :
A follow‑up call to answer any questions, offer reassurance, or tweak the plan as needed so you feel supported every step of the way.
This package will give you the plan and skills to help achieve better sleep for you and your family.

Ideal for those parents who want to receive ongoing support post receiving a tailored sleep plan. This is my most popular package due to the ongoing support.

Suitable from 0 months - 5 years
Great for parents looking to get some quick advice for common sleep hurdles/problems
You bring the problem, I’ll bring the advice!
If your little one has frequent night wakings or you want to work on self settling , you would be better suited to one of my above packages.
