Hello, I’m the founder of SnoozyHead, and a mum to two wonderful children aged 5 and 2.5. My journey into sleep consultancy began at home, navigating the challenges of infant sleep with little ones who also faced silent reflux, colic, and CMPA. Through patience, gentle techniques, and a commitment to routine, both of my children were sleeping through the night by 8 and 14 weeks- and I know it can sound impossible when you’re exhausted or have tried everything. But with the science behind early sleep foundations, combined with the right support, it truly is acheivable.
That experience showed me firsthand how life‑changing good sleep can be -not just for babies, but for parents too.
Professionally, I bring a strong scientific background to my practice. I’m a Director in clinical research, with a degree in Cognitive Science and a Master’s in Cognitive Neuroscience. This foundation allows me to combine evidence‑based knowledge with practical, compassionate support. I am also a fully accredited and trained sleep consultant, dedicated to helping families find solutions that feel right for them.
My approach is rooted in gentle sleep training techniques that respect your child’s needs while fostering routine and predictability. I believe sleep should never feel like a battle - instead, it’s about creating calm, consistent patterns that give your child the security to rest well.
