1.1 We are SnoozyHead Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 16926725, of Corry Avenue,Yateley, Hampshire, GU46 7AU. You can contact us at inf@snoozyhead.com
1.2 These terms, together with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, form the contract between you and us. Please read them before you subscribe.
1.3 In these terms, "you" means the parent or legal guardian who buys the subscription, and "your child" means the baby or child the support is for.
2. Our services
2.1 Your monthly subscription includes:
2 x WhatsApp messages per day with a 24h response time
2.2 Our support is delivered remotely. We work with families of children aged 0 months to 5 years.
2.3 Unused messages in one day do not carry over to the next day, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Important health and safety notice
3.1 We are sleep consultants, not doctors or nurses. Our advice is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP, health visitor or other healthcare professional.
3.2 Before you start a sleep plan, please check with your GP or health visitor if your child was born prematurely, has a medical condition, has feeding or weight-gain concerns, or is unwell.
3.3 Our advice follows recognised UK safe sleep guidance, such as that from the NHS and The Lullaby Trust. You remain responsible for your child's safety, including safe sleeping arrangements at all times.
3.4 If you are worried about your child's health, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. Do not wait for a reply from us.
4. Eligibility and making the contract
4.1 You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving support.
4.2 The contract between us starts when we confirm your subscription by email after your first payment.
4.3 We may decline a subscription if we believe our services are not suitable for your child, for example because of a medical concern. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.
5. Price, payment and auto-renewal
5.1 The subscription costs £59.99 per month incl VAT. Payments are taken in pounds sterling.
5.2 Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, payment is taken automatically on the same date each month by card via Stripe until you cancel.
5.3 Your subscription renews every month. We will email you a receipt for each payment.
5.4 If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know. If payment is still not received within [7] days, we may pause your support until it is paid.
5.5 We may change the price with at least 30 days' written notice. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect, without giving the usual one month's notice.
5.6 If your bank charges you a fee for paying in pounds from outside the UK, that fee is yours to pay.
6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
6.1 You can cancel within 14 days of the date the contract starts, without giving a reason.
6.2 If you have not received any support, we will refund your payment in full.
6.3 If you asked us to start your support within the 14 days, you will receive a refund minus a proportionate charge for the support provided up to the point you cancel. Our Cancellation Policy explains how we work this out.
6.4 To cancel, email info@snoozyhead.com or send a WhatsApp message. You can use our model cancellation form, but you don't have to.
6.5 We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation, using the payment method you used to pay.
7. Cancelling after the cooling-off period, and our right to end the contract
7.1 After the cooling-off period, you can cancel at any time by giving us at least one month's written notice. Your notice period starts on the day we receive your cancellation.
7.2 Any payment that falls due during your notice period will still be taken, and your support will continue until the notice period ends. For example, if you give notice on 10 March and your payment date is the 15th, your 15 March payment will be taken and your support will end on 10 April. We do not refund part months, unless the law requires us to.
7.3 We may end your subscription by giving you 14 days' written notice. If we do, we will refund any payment for the period after your subscription ends.
7.4 We may end your subscription straight away if you seriously break these terms, for example by being abusive to our team or failing to pay. In that case we will not refund the current month.
8. Your responsibilities

12.1 We handle your personal information, and your child's, in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Information about your child's health is sensitive. We will ask for your explicit consent to use it, and only use it to provide our services.
12.3 We keep what you tell us confidential. We may share information only where the law requires it, or where we have serious concerns about a child's safety.
13. Changes, complaints, general and governing law
13.1 We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least [30] days' notice of any significant change, and you can cancel before it takes effect, without giving the usual one month's notice.
13.2 If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@snoozyhead.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
13.3 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
13.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
