I’m the founder of SnoozyHead, a mum of two, and a fully accredited sleep consultant with a strong scientific background in Cognitive Science and Neuroscience. My journey began at home, navigating infant sleep challenges with my own children, and grew into a passion for helping families build healthy sleep foundations.

Post the call i will send you a bespoke sleep plan with clear steps and guidance .

4. Once the call has finished you will receive 2 weeks of ongoing WhatsApp support- seven days a week
