I’m the founder of SnoozyHead, a mum of two, and a fully accredited sleep consultant with a strong scientific background in Cognitive Science and Neuroscience. My journey began at home, navigating infant sleep challenges with my own children, and grew into a passion for helping families build healthy sleep foundations.
Told to say goodbye to sleep, I proved otherwise. After struggling to have my babies, I was determined to enjoy every moment with them and ensure they were happy and well‑rested. If you want to get a great night’s sleep again after having a baby, you need to speak to Pooja.
We… I say we, but as Dad I slept through a lot of the frequent wake ups our baby was having, which left Mum to deal with most of them… any way, our 6 month old was waking up multiple times through the night, rejected sleeping in his own cot, and would only go to sleep with a boob in his mouth. Pooja listened to our specific problems and what we wanted to achieve by consulting with her. A plan was set in motion and with constant communication we now not only have ticked off the goals we wanted (sleep in his own cot, not rely on boob, and cut wake ups to 2 a night) but we are well equipped to handle bed time like pros.
What was once an anxiety inducing daily nightmare is now a wonderful part of our day. The best part for me as Dad is that I can solely put my son to bed without Mum’s intervention, giving her a break from a full on day of being a mother!
